Perspective of observing the Nature

Every morning I take a look at nature from the top of the hill, where we discuss the beauty of the sun and the wonders that surround me, and how light can improve our health and well-being.
Every day is born at sunrise and ends at sunset, in the same way we open our eyes to see the light and close them to hear the darkness. See how sweet the morning breeze is like a small cloud of pink feather from some gorgeous flamingo. Now the red edge of the sun has pushed the London Cloud-Bank. It shines on so many good folk, how small we feel in the presence of the great elemental forces of nature. At sunrise, the blue sky paints itself with gold and dances happily to the music of the morning air.
☆ Light and Nature
80% of the information useful to our daily life comes from sight. If light is useful to man for his vision, it is also vital for his well-being and health, especially in the context of the regulation of biological rhythms. This is why, lighting must be adapted to everyone and at any age, because the eye/light relationship, and its biological and psychological effects, evolves throughout our lives.
Research into human light needs has made real progress over the past dozen years, notably with the discovery of melanopsin cells and circadian rhythms. This research is increasingly leading medicine to use light as a medicine.
☆ Light for life
Light is the key to life. This is the most valuable resource on earth and without it we would have nothing. Light is the main source of energy for all living things. Plants, the mainstays of life are important in this process of transplantation and need light for photosynthesis, which allows them to make their own personal food and food for others.
And most importantly, photosynthesis also produces oxygen! In the process, at some point, some of the sugar produced by the flowers is stored in fruits and vegetables, so basically we eat converted and stored light. Since we cannot live without oxygen and food, the effect of photosynthesis on our every day lifestyle is crucial. Photosynthesis also creates our main source of energy for the fossil fuels we use. They are originally made from old layers of compressed organic matter stored underground, which also derives energy from photosynthesis.

Nature has taught our ancestors that when light breaks the darkness, there will be a new beginning, a new day. Every sunrise awakens every form of life. Life of light. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, after Sir Isaac Newton proved that the spectrum of daytime spectrum was a mix of colors, biologists, scientists, and psychologists studied the effect of colors on the human body and laid the foundation of modern light therapy as we know it.
☆ The light Emitted by Sun
Light reaches us on Earth through particles called photons. These photons carry light and heat to Earth. This light is necessary for our Life, because it allows us in our daily life to see, write, read.
Light gives lighting which is vital to Man and his environment. Light also helps plants to do the photosynthesis we talked about earlier. Light allows our eyes to observe what is around us. Without light, Life would be impossible.
Now we know that the Earth revolves around the Sun and this phenomenon results in the succession of seasons. It also turns on itself; this results in an alternation of days and night. A given place is therefore periodically lit by the Sun and this light is essential for the development of Life in this place. We logically conclude that the biological rhythms are set up from these three successions "seasons / days / nights", and that without sunlight, no Life worthy of its name.
☆ Learn from Nature
The Wright brothers were able to solve the problems with its design by observing the flying birds. The invention of the aircraft was inspired by nature. Similarly, the discovery of penicillin by Sir Alexander Fleming can be owed to nature. Humans have made progress by using natural forces such as air, light and water. However, despite all the progress that man has made, there is much to learn from nature.
Our world is facing problems such as hunger, food insecurity, illiteracy, terrorism, global warming, inequality, poverty, climate change and pollution. The solutions to our problems lie in understanding nature. "Take a deeper look at nature, then you'll understand everything better." Says Albert Einstein.
